Victoria University Academic Excellence medal

Five medals were produced for Victoria University in Wellington. The medal was executed in sterling silver and finished with a heavy plating of 18ct gold. The design is reminiscent of a Roman coin and each medal is engraved on the back with the name of the recipient of the University's Academic Excellence Award for 2004.
